Research Fest

Research Fest

As a non-profit research organization, PTI is committed to empowering the broader research community. We do this by freely sharing knowledge, supporting the adoption of innovative research methodologies, and fostering ongoing collaborations.

We would like to invite you to join us (in person or online) at Research Fest. This symposium seeks to gather community leaders who are well positioned to benefit from and to further our technologies. Presentations will include:

  • Improving sample throughput with tags for 9-plexDIA and with chromatography
  • Mass tags improving sequence identification and increasing sensitivity
  • Addressing increased data complexity with open-source software
  • Increasing the size of single-cell datasets to over 10,000 individual cells
  • Isolating single human neurons and analyzing their proteomes

Following presentations and discussions, there will be a reception to bring everyone together and celebrate PTI’s 2nd Anniversary!

Please RSVP by April 11, 2025, and feel free to share this event with interested colleagues. Email slavov.office@parallelsq.org if you have additional questions or comments.
